We r Memory Keeper's Foil Pen set – no mat

the metal mat is sold out what surface can you do the foiling on until the metal mat is available again on HSN??

(Sigh) I added it to my favorites. In the meantime, I will be foiling on my old cutting mat. I believe it should be fine.

i couldn’t even purchase it at 1:30 am. “website had technical difficulties”.

I would put a firm mat under it. an old cricut one, smaller quilt mat cutting board.
I would think the heat wouldn’t do damage unless you pressed way too hard.
