We are going to be charged for paper statements

Actually there are a few methods of payments. I prefer to pay on line. Also pay through the telephone.

Hmm I somehow missed being charged for statements. So glad it was posted here. Yep, am going to cancel both of the cards as well. I pay in full monthly, but noticed the outrageous interest they charge folks. Shame. I dont shop much on Q or H anymore. Only when nothing else to watch. lol.
They play it safe with clothes, nothing special, & no petites, so I shop elsewhere for petites now. Also, I recently gained weight (retired 🙂 Had to begin ordering xl vs large, & sheesh just wouldnt fit right, then I figured out some designers go up by 2 inches in tops till you get to xl, then 3 inches, and larger, some of them increase by 4 in increments. I am now being mindful of finding designers who raise sizes by less each size & getting much better fit.
They charge shipping for each item, then make us wait till they can put it all in one box & make money on shipping. too

Ridiculous amount of time HSN takes to credit your account. I too am doing less business with them. I think in another post I mentioned that you can find the exact items in other places that do not have the obscene shipping and return rules. It is getting too expensive to shop at HSN.

I cancelled my HSN card & will be cancelling my QVC card. I cancelled TJMaxx too same reason.
Raised interest (already obscenely high) & charging for paper statements.

I won’t be using the HSN card very much. I will pay it off as soon as I know I’m keeping something. I hate synchrony bank! I use my Visa. I will never do flex pays again.

I canceled my synchrony card on the Q.

I got the same there doing it with the Verizon visa starting July 1. there trying to make us go paperless. I don’t have checking accounts.

I totally agree with you! Plus, returns take forever, and sometimes, unless you call we don’t even get credited for returns!!! Being charged for sending back is ridiculous too!!!
Also, QVC has recharged me for 2 things returned and credited after last xmas! Unbelievable!
