Warning!!!

I hate to tell you, but it happened to me. If I had 5 flex pays & I changed one or more to my Visa I still was charged all payments to my HSN card. My visa statement shows the exact same payments. Synchrony bank confirmed it with me this morning. I have sent my Visa statements to them so I can get reimbursed. HSN has been no help at all. I am very disappointed with this situation. I am stressed to the Max. I am disabled & love HSN. I believe you should not allow customers to change their payment method. I am out a lot of money. I changed around 30 flex pays. I really wish HSN could have been more helpful.

Hi @donahda, I am sorry to hear of your experience regarding FlexPays, however, we’re unable to double charge a payment. If you have 5 FlexPays on an order and your second and third payments are paid on a Visa, we’re unable to charge your HSN Credit Card for those payments. The only time you may get charged again is if it’s an item you’re supposed to return, and we’ve issued a refund ahead of the return or exchange and we never received the original back.

I was told HSN can’t help me. So, I will work with Sychrony bank HSN card & if they can’t help I will contact my visa again & file a dispute with them. This is wrong. I have paid twice & I believe HSN does this on purpose. Why else would HSN let you change your payment method???? I need answers.
