Videos Do Not Work When Sold Out
I don’t understand why you can’t watch a video if the item has sold out. I still would like to see it whether it’s available or sold out. Can you please fix this issue??

I agree. You should look it up on Youtube they ususally have all the video’s even older ones.
I usually check out youtube if I want to find out if the item I am interested in sold for less money at onetime.
HSN should keep the video’s up so if it does come back in stock you know a little more about the product from the jump.
