USED MERCHANDISE
I received a pair of Bearpaw boots that were completely DISGUSTING — insides of boots were completely matted and covered with black hair — bottom soles badly worn — suede on one boot badly scratched and almost torn — AND to top all of this off, the person who returned the boots had sprayed the insides with an absolutely horrible spray. I swore then that I would NEVER NEVER again make a Bearpaw purchase — but of course, HSN is just as much to blame!!

I would fault HSN, not Bearpaw.

I agree and bedĂde that person already donated them. hsn won’t get out of this mess. if’ HSN is to survive ‘ qurate has to sell HSN but if qurate refuse to sell HSN, to a retailer who knows how to bring HSN back’ bankruptcy court will order to close HSN and that will be a very sad time and I would hope that they would sue qurate and put them out of business.

Hi @azsun69
I’m so sorry you received a pair of Bearpaws in such a state! I can only imagine the alarm we caused, and that’s definitely not the experience we wanted for you. I checked your account, but I wasn’t able to locate the order. When you have a free moment, please send us an email at HSNSocialCare@hsn.com and include your order number. It’s no trouble to assist with an exchange or return. We’d like to make sure you get a new pair of boots without issue. We look forward to hearing from you.

Yes. Camuto ankle boots, a Nina leonard dress and a 2pack set (tank and tee) of Marla wynne’s junky modal tops.
All of these were mentioned to cust service the day I received them.
Was not offered a free exchange nor a percentage returned to my credit card. Nada. Nothing.
So I donated them along with a closet full of other fashion items and took the tax write off. Someone got a chance for the items and I got a break monetarily. No hard feelings and I still love HSN. -
Qvc is the same they send use things to
