Unfairly Banned From Forum
Hello fellow shoppers! It seems on the QVC forum page that my nickname was somehow changed to something not so nice as it got me banned. I’ve shopped with them for years and while I certainly have posted my opinions on some topics, I’ve always tried to be respectful.
This is the response I got from them…
thank you for your email and Community inquiry. We have reviewed the recent activity and since the nickname change has been changed to an inappropriate one before, recently, the ban will remain in effect. We believe that it will continue to happen.

I know my Facebook also was hacked and I had to change some passwords. They seem to accuse me of doing this before 🤦🏻♂️ I guess we should always log out of each session when we’re done.
I hope HSN is better about supporting it’s customers without just poof you’re gone without giving a chance to explain.

Just before turning my computer off each night or during the day due to storms I always delete where I have been and that includes any purchases made. One of my virus software’s recommended this and I have kept it up ever since.

Thanks for the tip. I think that’s a great idea. It’s better to be safe than sorry.

Go into your history and clear the history “all time”. Never ever click the box that says remember me for 30 days or whatever. I had someone trying to hack into my actual computer but thank goodness it is an apple product and the good security stopped it. But I had to change passwords for all my email accounts, etc. etc. I am not sure you are missing anything important on the QVC forum. I just logged out of there.
