Unable to View Presentations Online
Is anyone else having a problem viewing a product presentation online? I keep seeing a black background, an exclamation point, and a message asking me if I’m a Bot!
Any suggestions? I can’t seem to get my presentations back.

No i can see the presentations online now but I do think that has happened to me before too though! Very frustrating!

Yes! I have the same problem and its been going on for a long time.HSN is aware of it and so far hasn’t been fixed.So, in my case if I can’t watch a video I’m certainly not going to purchase!

We leverage a YouTube video player for product videos and some customers may receive a message to “Sign in to confirm you’re not a bot” when trying to watch videos on HSN.com. This is a recent change by YouTube in an attempt to reduce bot traffic by blocking IP addresses. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to resolve the issue.
