TRACFONE corporate office stole my new phone. I had to send the phone that I purchased from HSN to the office to be fixed it was not working it has been 2 years and they still have my phone. I could not get them to email me a barcode to send it without me paying for the shipping.to send it to them so I paid for the shipping.I could not speak to a human every time I asked for a barcode I was connected to a a robot.
