Tracfone LG L455 DL??..Yes..I'm not too bright!

I’m old and frustrated!..LOL
I’ve gotten 4 different answers from Tracfone and none have work..
Someone sent a text to my phone(from their computer) that included a photo.The test”states” attachment has been removed.So I can’t get the photo? The sender did not remove the photo. Anyone know how to fix this ? Mobile data is on..I don’t have WiFi(Tracfone said WIFI didn’t matter)..One said I needed to do a factory reset and loose all my info..The carrier is Verizon…Another said it can’t be fixed..The last one said..”Go to a Verizon store..any maybe someone there will take pity on me and help!!”
This is the first time I’ve so many problems from Tracfone CS..I’ve used them for over 15 yrs.

@4kitties, why not just have the person resend the photo?

  Thanks,I tried what you suggested a few days before I posted here..No matter what it states attachment was removed. There must be something I need to turn on or off..Tracfone doesn’t know either.

  @4kitties, the only thing I can think of is the person sending is using a format your phone doesn’t recognize. Maybe have them send it in a different format (jpeg, etc.).
