TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered 3 DIFFERENT COLORS, Blue, Black, Gray, of “As Is” Warm & Cozy 2-pack Oversized Sherpa Hoodie. with $7.50 shipping.
Received 1 order on 2/17, in blue, which I did order.
Received 2 order on 2/18. which had another Blue set and a light gray and blk/white. WHICH I DID NOT ORDER.
So, I called CS. talked to supervisor Taylor. I told her for 2 orders I received the wrong mixed colors. so I’m sending it back, but need her help to waive ALL /original and return shipping/, for receiving a WRONG COLORS.
Well, she said, she’ll waive the return shipping, but that I’ll still be charged for the original shipping that is $7.50 for each order.
Because it’s an “AS IS” order.
My question is??? Why do we even choose a color when ordering and item, WHEN HSN JUST DO AND SEND WHAT EVER THEY WANT. AND IF IT’S NOT WHAT WE ORDERED, WE STILL BE CHARGED FOR THE SHIPPING.
I REALLY DON’T THINK IT’S LEGAL!!!
But, after been with hsn for many years, been an “antique” customer who spent $1000’s of dollars, YOU HAVE JUST HELPED ME MAKING MY DECISION TO STOP SPENDING MY MONEY WITH THIS FIRM.
99% of the items, hsn sells, Now I have found it on ebay, amazon, temu, also in stores.
ie: beekman soap, $4.99 in Ross,also on amazon. Colleen Lopez dress $14.99 on temu. Andrew Lessman supplement on his own website and amazon, Curtis Stone on ebay for much less $.
I can go on and on.!!!!
So, hsn not just only loosing me as a customer but ALL people I have referred all these years, with all the people they have referred.
REMEMBER HSN, IT’S A CIRCLE OF SOPPERS, BASED ON REFERRAL.
TO KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS, IT’S NOT JUST ONLY SELLING, BUT KEEPING THE CUSTOMERS IS THE KEY TO A LONG-TERM SELLING SUCCES.
I shouldn’t have to pay any shipping for the WRONG ITEM SENT TO ME.

I’ve refunded the $7.50 shipping charge for both of the incorrect orders and documented the wrong colors., I’m sorry they were wrong. The refunds will be reflected in your account within 72 business hours.
