Synchrony Bank has the worst customer service and does not value privacy
So that I could access my account that was transferred from Comenity bank to Synchrony bank, Synchrony posted my business phone numbers that the representatives say they obtained from my credit report. I now get about 25-50 phone calls per day on those BUSINESS numbers. This interferes with my business. I am proceeding to litigate against Synchrony Bank because I DO NOT intend to change my business numbers which I have held for over 40 years because Synchrony has decided to violate privacy rights. Synchrony and the credit bureaus (if what Synchrony said was true about getting the business numbers from the credit bureaus – which is doubtful -because customer service is the WORST imaginable) had no right to make me use those numbers to set up new login information including a new user id and password so I could pay my bill. How dare Synchrony Bank do this! The only number on my account was my home number and Synchrony had my email address. Instead, they chose to use my business phone numbers for marketing purposes. Shame on HSN for using this wretched and unscrupulous bank named Synchrony!

The worst experience in my life. They single handedly drove my credit down under 600.
I’ve paid every month, them they took over from comenity, who were wonderful, and instantly lowered my limit, even tho I’d always paid on time, every 6 months they’ve lowered it, and after almost payingbit off in full they lowered the limit to 200.00, and then said I was over limit at 224.00. I just paid it off in full and will be closing the card completely.
Comenity was the best!!!! These people !
