is good on ap only. As an old lady with difficulty seeing the phone, enlarging on large screen laptop, I feel I am being left out.
In the mood to shop till I saw the coupon only good on ap. Nah.
Shall get dressed up and go to mall. Feel good to get out of jammies, and talk to folks, and get some exercise. 20 yrs ago I only shopped online. Now, no longer enticing.

Trying to shop thru an app on a tiny little phone is no fun l. I would much rather use my PC with the nice large monitor! Also, the HSN format is not the same on the app and not in a good way. On the computer you can see everything that is not visible in the app. If I am being forced to shop thru the app in order to get discounts, I will be shopping much less at HSN than I have in the past.

I agree I used it but I never shop on the app. HSN has more mature women shopping on their channel & we don’t do tik tok or shop on apps. But HSN hasn’t figured out what’s impt to their customers as of yet. We want quality first & PETITES IN MOST.

  Agree about the petites. Most of the fashions are for tall women. sizing in general is all over the place. Sizes even vary wildly between colors .
  
  I was hoping to use 20% off coupon on a jewelry item, so size there is not a factor. with tax and shipping I could save a few dollars. every penny counts these days. haha maybe every nickle now that pennies are no longer being made.

I absolutely agree. From time to time, I browse QVC and HSN as I am not an avid client any longer. I have never seen or viewed such matronly, ugly clothes coming from one company. But I have no fear! I found so many boutiques/websites online and the offerings are so very different. You must be aware however. There are a lot of scammers out there as we know and it has happened to me. Fortunately, the customer service provided at these sites is superior for sure. So Ms. Sherryrose, when the weather is not up to your liking, take a look. Lots more fun than HSN or QVC!
