Not so sure its about complaining and hating..Letting HSN know they are failing and need to get back to basics.Go back to what made you great.Reasonable prices and better vendors.And,pls stop the same stuff all week.Bring in variety!Pushing the same stuff all week is boring.

Agree 110%.. My post was All about that, but you have some that take that as complaining. Each to their own. I’m not alone in the way I think and I guess that Ship already sailed. I don’t think they can get it back, because it’s All about QVC. I think their trying to phase out HSN. Just my Opinion.

I love HSN and I love QVC. I shop often, way too often! i could give my input at how they need to drop the “2’s and 3’s” in their channels but I’m not the CEO nor the financial folks, i know I shop from the main channel/website. Their fashions I feel are quality! I have things that have lasted for umpteen years and purchasing something from Amazon, Temu, the store or so on, their quality simply does not rival HSN’s or QVC. I hear price mentioned by many and I don’t know what people expect – free clothes? The items I feel are properly prices. I love some of the looks, I don’t love some of the looks, we all have our favorites and that includes the hosts. And I will close with saying that I enjoy watching the fashions and the demonstrations. I see options (with fashions) and it’s like being in fashion merchandising seminars! The informed discussions with other things, and that includes the skin care and make up I find very useful as well. I just am not that person that sees something stroll through on my phone and go purchase it, i enjoy the quality of both HSN and QVC and not to mention their return policy allows for “smart” shopping!

JMC1365 is right on target. We are an unpaid focus group, and our opinions/complaints/praise are important for their marketing strategies. Companies pay good money for people to sit in groups and complain. Mail surveys are a thing of the past. Product reviews and message boards are crucial for HSN/QVC’s marketing strategies. If our complaints bothered them, believe me, this board would be gone.

Did it ever occur to you that people might be interested in a product and want information they can’t get online and want to see a presentation without all the host’s personal info, giggling and /or drama? If HSN is turning viewers off they should know -they don’t want people changing the channel. They a re running a business and should want the feedback.
If you don’t want to read about complaints don’t come to the threads -see? works both ways-
it goes beyond just complaining to HSN about their business practices. there have been attacks on hosts/guests/models physical appearance. I actually just found out not too long ago that HSN had a community forum. unfortunately, I’ve already read attacks on plus-size models, a hosts hair and basically calling a guest ugly. this is the part that we should all be concerned with or at least you would think.

not that we should all go around policing everything that’s written or said but at least in daily life, don’t be a part of the problem and just be nice.
