I’m finding it strange that items that had many left but we’re on sale all of a sudden say page not found…all at once?

How about Cancellations !!
So very frustrating!! I’ve ordered the same item in different sizes that said they were available, L, XL, and XXL(about 9 times out of sheer frustration!!), and went from processing to packaging, and finally… after 12 or so hours? Only to cancel!!! It makes me so MAD & VERY DISAPPOINTED! … And looking at the supply left, it still shows quantity? Why is this happening? I was so excited to get this Erin Andrews Chiefs Sweater…I STILL WANT ONE!!! I even called twice. With NO answers as to why??
I need a refund for all these orders I tried to place from 2/1-2/8.

@valk We understand your frustration. It’s disappointing when an item you’re interested in is sold out and then reappears at a higher price. Sometimes, items come back in stock due to increased availability, cancelled orders and pricing can fluctuate based on a variety of factors. Our TSV prices are typically for that day only and most end, end of day at 12 am ET. If you haven’t already, save items to your favorites to keep a lookout for when and if they return or their price drops.

I noticed that too. Woke up at 130 in California and checked the site again and the color came back up with the TS price and no shipping fee so I ordered it and got it. I think people left it in their cart and they cleared them. I think it was a Samantha Brown item. I’m always checking back near the end cuz I’ve also gotten clearance items like that when my size and color was out then reappears, even saying there was 1 available I got it. Usually when it says 1 or 2 available it won’t let me order it.

It’s happens too often. The Nakery cream I wanted was sold out for three days at the sale price once the price went back up then it was available again.

I’ve noticed that, too. I think it’s a matter of orders not going through, whether they were cancelled, credit cards declined, etc.
