Shipping takes soooo long

Well its bad enough that we now have to pay taxes on our orders and most shipping cost but HSN using Sure post I hate. It takes an extra 2 to 4 days using them. I have ordered several cell phone in the past and several years ago they shipped them on 2 days UPS so I got them in maybe 5 days counting the process time. I ordered a phone Aug 19 I am thinking Aug 16 but anyway its Aug 24 and says delivery Aug 27. Why as HSN cheapened postal rates to Sure Post? It may save them several dollars but your losing sales having to wait several extra days to receive my items.
Also has anyone thought they ordered an item several days before and checked if it has been sent out only to see it says you ordered it the day before?

HSN’s shipping is vastly superior to some other companies where I shop.

I’m not a fan of SurePost, either, but it’s very popular. I know the frustration of waiting extra days for USPS delivery.
