Shipping takes sooo long

Why does it take so long to receive an item.
I ordered a small piece of jewelry on the 16th and it is still waiting to be picked up by UPS thats 5 days then add another 10 days and I am in Ohio. I hate Sclect Service. I order so much less now that it takes 15 or more days to get it

I’m upset to read this. I placed an order yesterday I am leaving on the 31st for a week. Last thing I need is for a package sitting on the porch on a high foot traffic street for a few days.

  @pattyf, I think it depends on what you order and where it ships from. I placed a Perlier order on 10/4 and it was delivered 10/10 and that was SurePost. I hope you receive your item before you leave.

I ordered a necklace on the 10th and finally had it in my hands yesterday. Way too long. I think they want us to pay for expedited shipping.
