shipping & handling is way up are people buying?

Not much. I use to purchase clothes but the prices and flex pays are higher and shorter time frame to pay. Actually the designers they have are getting to be boring. Everything looks the same

I returned a pair of boots. I paid $59.95 Never got the refund, then i see $43.00 in
spendable kash.
I have an email stating my refund will go back to the original method
of payment. I guess that $43 was my refund !!!

It’s ridiculous. I returned a $59.99 ring, and HSN deducted the return shipping cost from my refund, which I am fine with. Three days later, I got an additional charge on my card for $7.95.
I had the ring for two days before I returned it in perfect condition/packaging.

I won’t be buying anything else from this company. How do I know if I am going to like it without actually trying it on? If I don’t keep it, I have to pay an extra fee on top of the return shipping cost. HSN needs to get with the times; there are plenty of online stores to shop from that offer no extra return fees, and some even include free return shipping.

Its killing me that when you look online the measurements of an item are not accurate. I always check measurements before I buy. I had to return something that was $49.99 and the “easy shipping” to return was $7.95. You should be able to get a few returns a year for free. And if you are an HSN card holder paying with the HSN card, you should get Free shipping several times year.

HSN has been my go to place for clothes and many items that I find are a really good deal and solve problems for me. I placed an order for 5 items on Sunday 03/26/2023 and the shipping was ginormous ( I didn’t realize the over $75.00 free shipping/$5.95 shipping had ended. I will be cutting way back on my spending with my absolute favorite store. I am sad to say this will no longer be my go to store for all things I need. I have been shopping with HSN since before 1992. I always look well put together, professional, and have never seen anyone wearing what I wear. I am thinking of retiring so I guess this comes at a good time to cut my expenses.

Me too, I am thrilled to see the free shipping on so many Beauty lines and even on Democracy clothing. didnt buy a thing in the last month with the new policy. If shipping is too high then wait for a free shipping day. i very seldom order more than one item at a time so for me 75 in one order was just too far a reach. Mostly, I order beauty items and ones with free shipping.

I just hit cancel when my shipping was over $50.00

HSN and QVC both seem to be shooting themselves in the foot. They seem to desperately be trying to find something that works. Pushing away their long time customers to cater to a younger crowd will be their demise. I have cut back shopping here and rarely order from the Q.

I am so happy to see the free shipping back on some of my favorite beauty products. I tend to buy them as singles so the 5.95 cost me more than I was willing to spend. S&H is very expensive on the heavy items so I’ll either wait for a special with fs or else check out purchasing locally. I buy heavy items far less frequently than beauty items.
