SHIPPING FROM THE POST OFFICE
WHAT I DON’T LIKE WHEN HSN MOVED TO PA. ALL OF MY SHIPPING SEEMS TO COME FROM THE USPS. I LIVE IN AN APARTMENT AND MY MAIL BOX IS NOT NEAR TO MY UNIT. I’M 76 AND WHEN I DO GO TO MY MAILBOX I DON’T KNOW WHAT’S THERE. THE OTHER DAY I RECEIVED A LOT OF BOXES FROM HSN AND IF I DIDN’T BRING A LARGE BAG I WOULDN’T HAVE BEEN ABLE TO CARRY EVERYTHING AND PROBABLY HAVE TO GO A SECOND TRIP. I LIKED RECEIVING MY ORDERS FROM UPS AND RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY DOOR. HAVE TO THINK WEATHER IT’S WORTH SHOPPING ON HSN OR JUST DO IT ON AMAZON–DELIVERED TO MY DOOR AND FREE SHIPPING. I’M REALLY CONSIDERING THIS — PRODUCTS MIGHT NOT BE THE SAME BUT DOES IT REALLY MATTER!!! THE ONLY PRODUCT I WILL ORDER IS FROM ANDREW BUT I’M ALSO ABLE TO ORDER DIRECTLY FROM HIS WEBSITE.

The return labels are mostly usps ones too now instead of UPS which take so long to get to the warehouse and hence the refunds/ exchanges are delayed.

Well UPS told me they lost their contract with the United States Post Office so that part won’t be happening anymore. Unfortunately when they moved to PA now I’m in Northern Kentucky now FedEx is delivering 98% of my stuff. I don’t like FedEx they’re hard to track they tell me they’re delivering something one day and that it’s out for delivery I see the truck they don’t take it off the truck and I have to wait to the next day because then they’ll say it was delayed one time I got three of the six packages I was expecting and he said I’ve got three for you and I said you should have six and he went back in he goes well the other three doesn’t have to be delivered today and I said are they on the truck he said yes I said then bring them to me. I prefer UPS as well. Not to mention I had a small package from FedEx and he delivered to the other side of the building where the mailboxes are and set the pot package on top of the mailboxes against the wall I’m only 5 ft I didn’t see it. My neighbor brought it to me

I’m glad you caught the FedEx driver so you could get your stuff. I’ve had my own issues with deliveries; one place I order from has started using DHL, and their tracking is non existent.
I wonder if companies use package tracking to determine deliveries. For example, I have a couple of packages this week, and I think UPS is holding them so they only have to make one trip.

I think what is happening is that UPS is handing off to USPS for delivery. They contract with each other, since the mail carrier is going to your address anyway.
