Where’d the free shipping go? Noticed today almost every item, including certain beauty brands which would always have free S&H, now have a flat $5.95 fee. I’m surprised by this. I understand the cost of shipping however charging consumers this I would think have a negative impact. I know about the threshold of $75 however I dont soend $75 on average at a time. I can’t say I’m not disappointed.

I am also not a fan of this policy. I realize it may benefit it some, but not my style of shopping. Items I routinely have bought in the past came with free shipping. That’s why brands that also crossed over to QVC would be bought here and not there.

And now no free shipping on food items and live plants.

And I suspect this policy will apply to all of our auto delivery items that had free shipping. So why should I continue my Faroe Island Salmon delivery here and not jump ship to the next QVC deal?

I plan to keep an eye on my auto-ship orders, too, to make sure they still have free shipping.
I know I’m not spending $6 to ship a $7 lip balm.

I am also unhappy about this new shipping policy. I wonder if HSN will periodically offer special days with “Free shipping on everything”. Otherwise, I will not pay $5.95 to ship a $25.00 item, and I will not buy extra items just to load up my cart.

The Andrew Lessman monthly deals previously shipped for free, even the small sizes. With free shipping, I was willing to try something new without making a major commitment. I hope Andrew Lessman TSV’s will be free shipping days.

This is bad news for me. I buy many smaller items but they seldom add up to $75. So now I will try to get some of these beauty items from Amazon (such as Londontown nail polish and Dr. Nassif) and get free S&H. Wow this is nothing less than urging the custumer to buy buy buy!!! Not this custumer!!!

Horrible, horrible idea. So many of the beauty brands I order always had free shipping, i will not pay $5.95 to ship just one item, sadly I think HSN has lost me as a 28 year customer.

I noticed that too and was not pleased to see it! I’m someone who buys single items at a time. So I’m not spending $5.95 to get a single item shipped to me. It will definitely stop me from making purchases.

  I agree. Sad to see this as I won’t be buying much now. Eliminating free shipping especially on food items which some are over priced to begin with. I hope they reconsider. I’m sure there will be many that will leave the channel for other better offers.

I noticed that shipping also went up on items that were $3.50 s/h. Maybe Beekman will offer free shipping when they visit and are featured? I don’t shop at QVC because of their s/h policies.
Looks like I’m going to save a lot of money.

This is a real lose/win for me. I often buy a single item Korres or Beekman because of the free shipping. It will be less tempting now. It’s a win when I want to order more than one of other beauty brands or a cookware item. Not so happy with this new policy.
