Shipping and Handling

I agree. While I applaud the $5.95 flat fee for multiple items up to $75, it has discouraged me from purchasing single items, due to the price hike. Ideally, there would be a set fee for one item, then combined shipping up to $75 but I assume they are recouping some of the money lost on shipping heavy multiple items through the upcharge on single items. And, definitely, free shipping should not be eliminated altogether – it is a great motivator.

Just noticed this yesterday When buying lessman items. WHAAAATTTT happened to FREE SHIP. I buy a lot of things on HSN.
Jay king, beekman, skinn, korres perlier had free SH. Now HSN trying to get more $$$ from us asking us buy 75.00 before free. People APPRECIATE free SH. Inflation rate is a joke right now paying more for everything and this is how they help !!! 😡😡😡😡😡

On top of their already inflated prices is really sad!

Read the fine print on the shipping policy!! I am so disappointed. I love Nakery and Andrew Lessman vitamins. These product lines always had free shipping. Have a few items on auto ship. and they are still listed as free shipping. I will be keeping an eye in them. If charged
shipping, I will be canceling. On a fixed income and can not afford this.

I’m sure their sales will go down. A few people will be happy to save a $1.($5.95) instead of $7…wow!
If they add shipping to Andrew Lessman, go to his website. Hopefully, he won’t charge shipping. HSN is doing me a favor. I tried to put together an order for $75 the other day to get $15 off and I couldn’t do it. Every time they make a change, I buy less and less.

Birkenstocks no longer have free shipping. Zappos may see an uptick.

Since I don’t buy beauty products or those other vendors mentioned as having free shipping, I’m happy about this new policy. I currently have 2 items in my cart that are nowhere near $75 so instead of paying $7.00, I’ll pay $5.95. Every little bit helps!! I see this especially helpful in buying shoes that had s/h of $5.50. Buy another item and for 45 cents more instead of $9 have 2 items.

I absolutely will not pay $5.95 for S/H for one item. HSN will lose a lot of sales because of this asinine idea. If I am charged this for my autoship, then I will cancel them all!

There were soooo may vendors with free shipping that I will miss like Democracy, Patricia Nash, Andrew Lessman, Beekman, just to name a few. Free shipping always enticed me to buy! I will still purchase things but not as much. I hope they still offer free shipping days like they have in the past and I am glad I recently purchased a few items with free shipping since those days are over!

I wanted to purchase a tweaked item that was free and is now $5.95. I refuse to pay the shipping, so I am not ordering it. I am sure HSN will be losing money with this crazy idea.

I will not pay $5.95 shipping for a single item. I found out I can get Perlier products on Amazon where I can get free shipping. HSN, you have lost business from some of us. Hope it is worth it to you to have this very unfriendly shipping policy. Amazon has taught me well to expect free shipping, and for only $25 in my cart. Match that, HSN, or lose business.

Since I very very rarely spend $75 this is a lose lose for me. I am used to free shipping on beauty brands a lot of the time. I will definitely rethink what I buy from now on. If I just want it and don’t need it they can keep it.

Just checked my autoship orders and they’re still showing either free ship or $3.50 S&H. Hoping HSN honors this in the long run and I’m so glad I chose the autoship when I did!

$5.95…absurd. No purchases for this senior at $5.95 shipping. Thank goodness for Amazon.
