The ability to review is gone, as well as past reviews on items.

No reviews ….no purchase. Few months back I no longer got reviews, so I stopped buying.

Are you sure you are signed into your account? Also, I think you have to wait 5 days or so, after you get the item to review it. I guess they want to make sure you have used it enough.

Hi, yes, I am signed in. I recently bought an item, looked on the ‘order page’ and tried to click on the ‘review box’ It wouldn’t allow me to make a review. Also, the item in question has a blank review page.

What is the item? Is it still showing for sale?

It’s been more than five days since I received item: 879-978. I see the box where it says to leave a review, but when you click on it, it doesn’t change over.
I cannot see ANY reviews for products. -

I read the reviews, especially on clothes. I love the throws and coats he does. I read the bad and good and see some review the product on how long it takes to get it. I ignore those, that’s not a product review. I also read electronics reviews because lately the products aren’t as good. I bought a pack of charges years ago I loved. Then bought a set cuz it was pretty. Junk, did not charge. Too late to return. Last one plugs into the wall, self contained cords, any phone, love it.

Dennis Basso, forgot to say whose stuff I love. Also bought his blazer, absolutely worth the money.

I am not seeing reviews either. I hope HSN corrects this soon as I want to see what others think about the items.

Just a reminder that reviews are not able to be written until 5 days after the ship date. It’s also good to know that orders placed as guest are not able to be reviewed. Please let me know if this is not the reason you’re unable to leave a review so I can look into this further.

No reviews are showing up on any products and I am not able to leave a review. I tried but the website would not let me. I click the button an my order page but nothing happens and the is no longer a way to leave a review on the product page. Any ideas?

To help us understand why you’re unable to leave a review or see them for certain items, could you please share the speific items you purchased under your account and any items on HSN.com not showing reviews? I’ve searched around to confirm reviews are available to see for items customers choose to review. Not every item will have a review yet, as we hope to build that with each purchase going forward. Hoping to receive more information to help research this further.
In reviewing Item 879-978: I show this is an exchange order showing shipped on 1.30.2025 and so it’s too soon yet. If it’s been less than 5 days since the ship date you should return to try again after 5 days to post the review. There is 1 review listed on the items page directly on HSN.com. Tap the blue highlighted hyper link that reads ‘1 Review’ under Overall rating 5.0 stars.

I was able to get the reviews back by disabling my ad blocker on HSN. I guess it considers the reviews to be ads.
