Can anyone tell me how long it takes for a return to post? I have sent back several items. They were received on Jan 28th. Just curious.

Thank you. I can wait. I am more concerned with a package my husband brough to USPS on the 27th of Dec. It still has not been turned over to UPS. It’s earrings that I had to return. I’m hoping UPS shows something tomorrow. A label has been created. It’s Sunday & there’s nothing I can do today. I should have known better. USPS is so very slow. I will try to track it tomorrow. Thank you!

If you have a package that has been sitting and not moving for 4 weeks , you need to follow up on that ASAP with the shipping provider. As long as you have the tracking number you should go to either UPS or USPS whichever it is, and start complaining. It might be lost in which case, the insurance will cover it.

This is just a thought and only my opinion.Lately, the mail is so slow and I think it’s on purpose. Here’s why, they’re slowing it down so we all get angry and they can turn around and have a reason to privatize it! Hope I’m wrong.

No the USPS is not slowing down on purpose and does not want to privtize!!!

Well, I might be on to something. Post General is stepping down! Have you heard? And, now there’s talks about the USPS….hmm. Let’s see where it goes!

@donahda, it typically takes up to two weeks for refunds to be initiated. At this time, due to the extended holiday return, refunds are taking longer. However, if you’ll let me know which orders to look for, I can issue you refunds after checking tracking to ensure we’ve received them.
