I ordered a Nintendo Switch Lite on Friday on flexpay using Paypal. I received an email a few hours later stating my order was cancelled. I called 8 am Saturday morning, completely hysterical crying. Being very limited on funds and using all the money I had to purchase this for my son, I was told it would take 72 business hours to reflect a refund. The rep was so nice, spoke to a supervisor, who processed my refund immediately and told me I would see it in a few hours. A few hours go by, and nothing. I called back and was told the same thing and was told to call Paypal to see if they see the pending refund. Paypal stated they had nothing. I called HSN again, and was told they see the refund was sent to the credit department but THEY ARE CLOSED on the weekends and to give it a few hours on Monday morning. Needless to say, I still do not have my money and I called back AGAIN this morning. I was told by another rep that she just processed it again and I would again see it in a few hours. That was 5 hours ago. This is beyond ridiculous.
Hi ShannonK. You will get a faster response if you post your inquiry to the Customer Service thread. The Mods there respond faster and will gladly help with your predicament. So sorry to hear this just prior to Christmas.
