QVC/HSN
A few of my concerns:
The purpose of having guests from the company of the brand presented is so that they can inform us of the product being sold. I agree on QVC more hosts than not do not allow the representative to speak enough to inform about the product, which is a concern for the buyer.
Also, the shipping costs have to change. Why not do what HSN did in the past, and ship all items purchased in one day, going to the same address, for one price. QVC says they have free returns for changing sizes and the hosts boast about this constantly, but they do not tell you that if you want to go to a tall or petite from a regular, you are out of luck. No free returns on that.
If you order on QVC and five minutes later decide to cancel, you usually cannot; yet it stays in the first mode for long periods of time before moving on to being ready to ship. At least HSN gives you the day to make the final decision, And now on QVC saving it in the cart for 1 hour is gone too putting the pressure on us to buy immediately.

I agree with the other replies. They don’t give you enough time to cancel the item then it stay in process for days. Items are just too expensive for what you are getting. Also sizing is all over the board.

I don’t think they can combine shipping anymore because items ship from different warehouses in different states.
Did anyone see Dara and Jane T talking over each other in the Philosophy show? Maybe they get paid by words-per-minute.
