Quality Assurance a JOKE!
Received the wrong Crafter’s Companion die set like others just posted in their review. I get mistakes happen but my package has a big blue sticker “This package has been opened and INSPECTED by HSN Quality Assurance” and they shipped the wrong items anyway! What a JOKE! Claiming to “inspect” something and know it’s wrong, is incompetence and just bad business. Not to mention the “Craft Day” shipping charges fiasco and their shipping charges in general are a joke! Everything at HSN is going downhill. I’m done. I’m returning everything I’ve purchased the past 30 days because they no longer deserve my money!

I, too received a package with the blue quality assurance tape. But when I opened the package one of the items (it was black in color) was dirty. White food stains all over the leg. But to top it all off, I decided to check the crouch of the pants and to my disgust, there was crusty white stains. If quality control had checked the item; I would not have been mailed a nasty dirty pair of pants. DISGUSTING!!! Called CS and expressed my disgust.

its the same way for everything they sell. Worst bunch of lies and customer service I have ever had to deal with. don’t get me started on the hsn credit card people yet another show.

I am also done with hsn after the recent craft day fiasco (I didn’t buy anything, I usually buy a lot) and their high usual shipping charges, not to mention for a lot of other reasons like their lies and hard sell tactics, but I think what they mean by being inspected for quality assurance means that literally, not whether it is the correct item or not but whether the quality was okay in their estimation when they received the stock. I have a feeling they might censor some of what I’ve said. So much for freedom of speech.
