Product Video
Can somebody please tell me how I can fix not being able to see the product videos, I get this message “an error occurred while initializing the you tube player”

Yep, me too! It only happens on my phone app; videos work fine on my computer and tablets so it must be limited to the app. Hope they’re working on this.

I called customer service and reported it. Was on hold for 43 minutes. My videos aren’t working on my phone too. I’ve uninstalled & reinstalled 3 times this week. Didn’t help. I read a review on the Google Play Store app that other people have this problem too. I guess we’ll have to wait to see if it gets fixed. This started with the last HSN update.
