Positive comment on customer service reps
I have been an HSN customer for many years now and have yet to thank the customer service representatives for the terrific job that they do. It must be a demanding job, yet they are so polite, patient, and considerate. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I agree! Several issues that I had with recent orders were handled with courtesy and friendliness. Let’s give credit when it’s due, and acknowledge that being a customer service rep is difficult, even on a good day!!!!
