Packages Tampered With

The last two packages look like they were tampered with. At first I thought one looked like the item might have been a return and they sent it in the ripped up box that was re-taped. The item looked fine. Today my haircare came and it looked like someone got the tape partially off to where they could get their hand in the box and then smoothed it back down when they were done (nothing was missing.) It was not secure and I could tell the tape had been messed with. I don’t think that would be anything HSN would do and why I now suspect the first box was opened by someone else and re-taped and it wasn’t a return box.

If it IS HSN sending out old boxes and not securing the tape good, they really need to get with their staff about that in the mail room.
