Outside HSN Vendors
I clearly never paid attention to my HSN process returns! Shame on me, I feel like the dumbest person ever!!!
I ordered 9 panels of these nice Madison curtains. Not cheap, but within reason. They are absolutely beautiful, very nice!
So, they are not true to size, I ordered 84 inches, we have measured 8 times ,rod to floor is 84 inches. The panels are short by 3 inches.
What I am upset about is ,I went to return them. I thought the return label was really cheap,it was paper, didnt include ” exchange for same item”. I am thinking ,wow ,is this cheap! Then I had to oay 10.00 for returns. OMG!!! So I called to complain, it was then I was told it is RETURN ON YOUR OWN .
I neve saw that printed in the order page and image? No where did it say that!
Also, customer service supervisor said it’s from an outside vendor! It never said – outside vendors! ? Is this something new, or have I been this whole time?
I have been with HSN for 33 years. Hello, what is going on.
I am going to payboff my debt and cancel HSN!
I THINK HSN IS A SCAM NOW! HSN leadership better wake up!

This is the Second time HSN has not provided the Easy Returns Label with a product I purchased. I emailed & asked customer service for one, but they said that since the product (Air Purifying Bags) were from an outside partner/vendor that I had to return on my own, which I did for $18.11! That is almost the cost of the product which was $19.95 & was supposedly free shipping to me. I am about ready to quit even looking at HSN’s site due to this outrage. I have been a customer for years without problems like this. Friends & family will also hear about this. I might even cancel my auto ship item(s).

This happened to me several years ago with a large, heavy item. I ended up keeping it because I would have had to pay such a huge amount of money to return it to the company whose product it was. I have never used it since. I had no idea I’d have to send it back to anyone but hsn. This might not often be the case,but hsn should have made it clear at the time they presented it because if I had known I probably wouldn’t have bought it.

I have been shopping with HSN for a long time as well. It has always been my understanding that we do not payfor the return shipping if the item is defective in some way. I gather that the curtains were not the right measurement. I have found that the customer service in Community is more straight forward and can possibly give you more satisfaction than using a cell or landline. You can do this by copying your post and. Pasting it to the customer service thread. The Mods in this area have been with the company for many years and consequently very helpful in matters such as yours. I would definitely try this route before saying goodbye to HSN.
