Now Free Exchanges & HSN Pays For Return Shipping

Did everyone get the email like I did today stating the 3-step procedure? It did state that HSN will pay the return shipping cost on exchanges.

Try it. It doesn’t work. Guess I am too old to understand how it works. Doesn’t seem to work for me. I just want to exchange an item.

I’ve been getting free exchanges for a few years. I’d been calling to ask for an exchange and CS handled it with me – the finer details were worked out and my exchange came free of the back and forth shipping, it’s NOT new….it’s just newly announced. Customer Service is E X C E L L E N T at helping anyone get their changes accomplished in this manner. Call them if you need help.
I have for many years and it’s been smooth and I have never once accidentally been charged the ship costs.
