No Packing/Shipping List In HSN Shipments Lately

The last couple of packages I received from HSN did not have an enclosed shipping inventory/return labels. Has anyone else observed this?

I always go through the list of items that are noted to be enclosed, to ensure nothing was omitted.

go into my orders. you can print out a specific label and then send it out.
they supply them online if you don’t have one.

I just received an order today with no packing slip. I wonder what’s going on?

i have gotten them every time i order something. i returned something and it was in there. if yours is missing go on the website and you can print a return label out for each item under each item’s order info.

It happened to me. I called customer service and they took care of it.

Sanibel, you can always check your list by going into Orders when you sign in. If you need to return an item, contact customer service through Community. Hope this helps.
