The loss of free S&H will definitely mean I will be shopping a lot less at HSN!

I have spent 300 and something this last week here at Hsn all sale stuff i wanted/needed and F/s…..Tonight was gonna try the goat milk laundry soap but because the shipping is 6$ i will stick with my Nellies which is cheaper anyway and a good natural laundry powder i get from Costco..I did not need anything else and refuse to add stuff on just to get F/S…..Beekman should have done what Andrew Lessman did and absorb the F/S….Sale lost!

I have been a shopper at HSN for over 25 years, and have bought MUCH over the years. Unfortunately, with the cost of shipping going up and no more free shipping, sadly, I will not be shopping with HSN anymore.

  Kyle, in today’s economy $75 is a lot to spend to get free shipping. I know I won’t be buying much at all. Please tell you bosses this $5.95 shipping will cost them customers. It makes no sense. I have been shopping at Amazon more recently. All I have to spend there is $25 to get free shipping.

I would love to know what will happen with auto ship that was created BEFORE this shipping change? Are they going to honor the $3.50 shipping that was grandfathered in, or charge $5.95 for each and every shipment still available?

Very sadly, as a 28 year customer I am also done with HSN, all my fave brands to buy had free shipping, I refuse to pay 5.95 to ship a small beauty item. I cant believe the vendors that offered free shipping are happy now, their sales will be going downhill fast.

If you think $5.95 is bad, take a look at what ShopHQ charges. They had an item on tonight for $98 and the S&H was $11.95! Whereas HSN for the same item would be Free Shipping. All of ShopQ’s items are expensive S&H. If we can find a couple of items that we like, I take it instead of $3.50 for EACH item, it will now be a total of $5.95 instead of $7.00.

I just hope Andrew Lessman will still offer Free S&H. His products are about all I order from HSN.

Please. please, please put back the free shipping! I want to buy $350 worth of clothes, but the shipping cost comes to $35.00!!! Then if I need to return them I don’t get free returns!!. No free shipping and no free returns is keeping me from ordering. I really love the clothes so I will keep them in my cart until free shipping returns.
