no customer service today.
I been calling since 11:00 am today all day long and I keep getting your wait time is greater than them minutes. I stayed on for over ten minutes when I realized something is wrong it’s night time now and it’s the same. I called on another new” phone, same thing. this morning HSN pitchure was so badly pixelated the screen was shattered into pieces then the pitcher on HSN went haywire it was scary like I never saw anything like it it was racing changing colors. I tried calling in about, couldn’t, it was a ten minute wait and still it now. I’m thinking that something happened to their phone lines from the sever issue with the tv pitchure. I want to get the family and friend code for Curtis stone but I can’t, no customer service today. When will this be cleared up? When will your phones be back up and working?

yes I read it today on here. I didn’t think of it being from that. I been thinking it’s from this morning when the tv picture was so badly scrambled in to pixelated pieces . It kept breaking into red, purple green blue and just going haywire.. thank you.

Picture quality issues would be from your provider, cable or dish or whatever.
