No credit for Free shipping adjustment!!!!!

Three weeks ago I ordered many items with $3.50 shipping each. Today the same items are Free Shipping. Customer service just told me they don’t adjust it. Well, I’m an antique customer for HSN, but I’m also an Amazon Prime member and I have free shipping and free return. I think I’ll just stay with Amazon to spend my money. EVERYTHING we buy on HSN, we can find somewhere else, most of the times even for less $. Plus I have noticed HSN prices are really going up

I had ordered the day before, the next day everything was free shipping, I called for an adjustment, was told they do not on adjustment only on pricing, but QVC does, last week I got an adjustment on shipping and handling on 2 items, not ordered the day before, but a week before.

That would bum me out too probably enough to take a significant break from purchasing from the company. I got so sick of Kohl’s cash and trying to get to $50 increments that I quit shopping there for 3 or 4 years. Shopping had become not fun. I did return to shopping there about 6 months ago.
I do not focus on the $50 thing at all anymore but I did get kohl’s cash this month and when I returned something they gave me the portion of kohl’s cash used to purchase that item as well at the merchandise credit. Very nice surprise-it was not like that when I shopped there before.

9 days after receiving my package, I also asked about the free shipping and was told the price adjustment doesn’t apply to shipping, only price of item. At least they do that.
