Ninja Storm Todays Special Set missing parts once again
The Ninja Storm set recently aired as Todays Special is missing three parts in two separate large boxes I ordered. Defective. I called customer service and they want me, a Senior Citizen less than five feet tall to cart them to UPS. I took three hours (and three disconnects) to have Supervisor approve a pick up which will take up to a week. The box blocks my front door.
They are sold out and have no “replacement parts” so they must be returned and refunded, How long will it take for a refund? The same set in black was sold a year ago and had missing parts. No Ninja quality control? Anyone else have this issue? I understand they’re getting calls about missing parts.

Sorry to hear about that! What a BIG disappointment! That is so annoying! Hopefully, you made a copy of the return label along with a copy of the paper stating the reason for the return (which should have your order number and other information on it). I always make a copy of those things when I have to return something. The UPS label should have a tracking number on it. I go to the UPS website and type in the tracking number (after a couple of days after sending) to see if it has yet been delivered. I continue to check until the delivery is complete. Then I print out a proof of delivery to keep with my documentation of the return. In that way, should they not credit you, you have something to send them to prove that the item has been delivered to them. At the present time I have some returns that HSN has received about five or six days ago and I have yet to receive credit for them. If HSN does not credit my account very soon (within the next week) I will be contacting them as I have Proof of Delivery. Their vendor sent me the wrong color/print on a twin sheet set I ordered TWO TIMES. I sent the wrong item back only to receive the wrong item AGAIN! And, of course, I had to call HSN about that and once again go to the UPS office in town to return their error. The other returns I have yet to receive credit for are two Colleen Lopez blouses that have the weirdest fit on the planet. Most women are just not shaped that way! Anyway, enough about me and my return woes (big grin). I wish you good luck with that return and hope that you receive your credit soon (and you should NOT have to incur a fee for the return as it is CLEARLY not your fault that there are missing parts).
