Nakery Rep inappropriate clothing
Who is she dressing for? 10:00 am and she is busting out all over
-
My, some of these “older” models are frightening up close.

I think she seems like a lovely woman. Her style of dress and makeup is NOT my style but she is who she is. It does not bother me. I have used 4 of her products now and like them very much. Do they perform miracles? NO and NONE of them will!! But they are very good quality and her prices are not off the wall like so many other brands…Josie Maran, Lancer, Perricone, etc…..

I get the impression she is supposed to be HSN’s version of Josie Maran. Appealing to the same demographic and all. She has never been my favorite, even when she was with Korres.
I do like her products. She should be able to dress however she wants, but she should also take into account trying not to offend any large percentage of her targeted demographic.

I really think she dresses for her body! I bet she works hard to look so good. So I’m fine with it.
I will say after 3 different purchases of her products, they are really good! I don’t really post reviews, but her stuff has me very happy! They’re worth talking about! -
Definitely not appropriate for hsn. I love the way Adrienne Arpel dresses, so classy.
-
She’s a grown woman and can dress however she wants – if you’re uncomfortable with the human body there are alot of underlying issues you should address internally before you look at others. There’s way too much internalized misogyny on this thread and it’s frightening.
-
Yes, she certainly should be able to dress however she wants when she is off the air. There are also legions of people in this world
who think they should be allowed to walk around naked just because they want to. Living in a society with no rules may sound great to certain people but all that would do is create chaos,
and that would be frightening.

My thoughts on the way she dresses to sell skin care products is this:
Just because you can doesn’t mean you should. If she was working at the Playboy Mansion, it would be fine but not for HSN. Maybe she could tone it down a little!
She seems like a very nice person otherwise and some of her products are pretty good.
Sometimes when she is on air I don’t watch because the skimpy outfits are just plain unsettling.
I don’t care for Rhonda Shear presentations either. The way she showcases women standing around half naked in their underwear does not appeal to me at all. I was shocked when HSN started doing those shows. Men are never expected to display their bodies like women are. Just watch Dancing with the Stars. The men are fully covered but the women have next to nothing on.
I was under the impression that today’s women couldn’t stand being objectified. -
Sort of have to agree. Think she has to remember the audience she’s addressing. She seems like a sweet caring woman who cares about her product (and I like many of them) but the sexy attire may turn off some potential customers. Love her fragrances!

LOL. She’s usually “naked” – thought it had to do with her product being “nakery”. Don’t care for her presentations or her products. I especially don’t care for the older models with the arm presentations. I can’t tell a difference. If their arms are supposed to be younger looking after using her products, they ought to cover up their hands . . . Yikes.
