MAIL DELIVERY
I received a note in my e-mail today that the USPS may have problems delivering mail and packages primarily because of Covid. They are considerably short handed and will do everything they can to meet the Christmas deadline.

WOW! That’s bizzare. What item did you return? I have returned a few purchases in the past, and it takes forever to get credited. Never got anything like you described! Maybe your email account has been hacked, or this was spam that somehow got through to your regular account??

Is there any particular reason that this is the second time I have received a notice that my return was received, followed by an extremely long email in Chinese characters?

You may want to post this under Customer Service, so HSN will be aware of your concern.
With the corrupted email, you may have a virus or it may be a phishing email. Hopefully you didn’t click on anything in this email. You may want to run some virus detecting/fixing software.

The post office is really backed this is the third day that I have not received mail. I signed up for UPS Priority for $20.00 a year if a company sends out a package UPS and refers it to the USPS I have it set up where UPS does the entire delivery. I have grandnieces and nephews in different states and I wanted to make sure they receive their Christmas gifts on time. I also use it for HSN deliveries it worked out very well.
