I’ve been flagged. Cant order anymore but I’m still paying. Smh. $127 from 2017 I didn’t know about. Been with HSN since 2007. Heartbroken

If it’s any consolation, the same thing happened to me. If I remember correctly, it was not HSN’s fault. It was Commenity the former bank that HSN was using. Not all of my purchases were included in the change over and thus became an overdue amount to the new banking system. Once you pay it off, you should be OK to shop again. If there is still a problem then write to the Customer Service area within Community. The MODS may be able to help and if not, will suggest what you can do.

I am paying on an active account. So its confusing due to not being able to order anything. I requested an order history for legal reasons and that is when the balance from 2017 surfaced.
