Log In problems?
Hi is anyone else having login problems?

Add me to the group that can no longer log on to the app.
I have a brand new Samsung phone so the cache or cookies are not the issue.
I removed the app and reinstalled it (after rebooting the phone)
I clicked on the forgot password 3 times and still have not received the reset password email from HSN.
I know my email and password are correct since I can log on via my laptop.This app obviously has an issue that needs to be addressed especially since you sometimes send deals that ‘app only’ (and I am mildly curious as to why are you still using captcha – I work in IT and it is rarely used anymore). Candidly this is an HSN app issue not a user issue… but if it doesn’t get fixed it will save me some money since I will shop less 🙂

I can no longer log in on the app either, and I do not have the skill or the patience to be bothered with it. I just do not use it anymore.

Hi @lori211, I am so sorry you are also having troubles logging in for such a length of time. If you haven’t already, delete the app and clear your cookies & history before re downloading it to try to sign in again. This can help make things run more smoothly for you. If you continue to have any troubles, have attempted to reset your password please, reply with the name of the device you are using, I see that you already mentioned you are on an Android. We are happy to help find a resolution for you.

I haven’t been able to log into the checkout in the HSN app on my android phone for months.

Yes! Last night I had ro restart my phone and keep trying to add things to my cart because it wouldn’t let me! And on some items that I would click on, an error page kept popping up!

We are sorry about your difficulties. Let us submit a customized report to our IT department. What kind of phone do you have? What’s the model name? Which Android or iOS version do you use? Also, please provide us with an item number that you could not add to your cart. What was the error message you got? Thank you so much!

I am having a serious problem with this on QVC. All of a sudden my password no longer worked. I have now spoken with two helpful reps who have tried everything to help me reset a new password. After just now trying again (after waiting 2 hours for it to successfully reset) I just got the same red “Oops” message. I have followed all their guidelines and tried for the sixth and last time to sign in. I don’t order too often on QVC but I guess now I never can!

We recommend clearing your cache and browsing history. Also, please restart your browser. If after using a different browser the problem persists, please let us know.
Furthermore, using a VPN or a site like rakuten may cause issues as well. Hope this helps!

I cannot sign on and I have not been able to check out of my cart in weeks. This is the only shopping site I have a problem with. HSN is probably losing a good amount of money. I know I have saved a lot of $ since I can’t check out!!

I, also have problems logging in. Most of the time the area for signing in never shows. It’s a mess when you want to purchase something and it sells out while you try other devices.
