Log in after changing to Syncrony Bank
I couldn’t log in to Syncrony Bank on my cellphone after the HSN changeover from Comenity Bank to pay my bill after the changeover & registering. It kept saying a problem logging in. So I went to the HSN website on the PC and when I logged in to pay my bill it came up wanting my yearly income & then let me access my account info & I made my payment. Now I can log in from my cellphone too. Best I guess to do everything the first time by logging on to hsn.com then pay my bill from a computer. Hope this helps someone.
