Lesson Learned

I ordered a Korres bath liter and M Asam facial cleanser on Nov. 29th. As of today they are STILL in packaging! What the heck is going on with HSN? This time of the year don’t they add more personnel to handle the Christmas rush? Fortunately these item are not gifts, but a Steeler throw is, and I’m worried that it may not be here in time for my son’s Christmas gift. I am so angry with myself for not listening to others’ experiences with delays in packaging.
