Labels!
This is ridiculous!!! No return labels or no post office access. I have complained. I want the return labes with every item I purchase! HSN CHARGES ENOUGH!!@!!

Why make it harder to return something? It is unintelligible….the directions, I mean. It says that you return to the carrier listed on the label but, there is no carrier listed on the label that came inside of my package. I will really think twice before I order from HSN again.

I couldn’t figure out the return instructions either . I called and asked for a return label and was told it will take 7 days. I will just write the return address on the package, return it at the post office and get a tracking number and pay myself. Also,QVC returns take way longer than HSN returns. I’m trying to only buy what I know will work in size and designer. Also I will only buy products that I have already used. This isn’t any way to build customer service.

Completely agree! Come on HSN, it’s wrong to suddenly stop something you’ve done for decades and make it harder on people when something doesn’t work or fit right.

I agree, it’s not at all convenient to the customer. The label could be a paper one that we tape to the package if that’s more cost effective. It’s the same with QVC now too. Who thought this was a good idea?
