Kitchen HQ Santoku knives.
I just got my set of two kitchen HQ HSN santoku knives today. on the card, kitchen HQ says to use a light cote of ph neutral oil after each use. doés anyoné on here have his santoku knives? do you use this oh natural oil? when I googled it, Ãt said to úse Japanese cameellia. it also said don’t use canola , vegetable oil, peanut, sun seed oils. that it will rust the plade. does anyone know if this is true? are they worth keeping if true? I don’t cook with oil. I hope you can help. thank you

if you uy kitchen hq Santoku knives, be very careful and look at them very closely. for discoloration and chips, spots as they aren’t new. there returns that sharie if that’s how his name is spelled, cleaned them up shins them up to make them look like new then resells them.

I think food safe mineral oil is recommended. Do you have an item number, I don’t see these knives listed.

the item number is 926 193. he didn’t mention it on his presentation, it’s on the card for how to care for the knives.
