Kitchen HQ Microwave Grill Pan Set

Please be aware you cannot use this product in microwaves over 1200w. A critical omission during presentations the day aired. Mine is 1400w. I would never have ordered if this had been mentioned by presenters. This is my second Kitchen HQ purchase. The rechargeable chopper I ordered only works half the time. This will be my last brand purchase. The product sold out. I wonder how many people can’t use and if you don’t read all the warning instructions you won’t know the wattage maximum.

I just checked the HSN website for this product and there is no information anywhere I can find that states this can not be used in a microwave over 1200 watts. This could be a serious liability for HSN if someone (or a house) is injured because of this. Thank you for making us aware, Pat210.

On the product page is an instruction manual link which states : “To be used Microwaves up to 1200W power. Do not use at a power setting above 1200W.” This is stated numerous times.

Glad you read the instruction manual…could of been a fire hazard if you didn’t!
Hope others that also purchased this product do too.

I’ve been burned so many times I now listen to what the presenters are NOT saying and then do my own research. So tired of all presenters not being transparent! Ugh.. Don’t get me started!

In the recipe book it states: “Lightly brush or spray the surfaces of the Grill Pan or the Patty/Egg Pan with cooking oil” . WHAT?………Didn’t I hear all day……. no oils, no fats, no butter?

  I saw there was a product info link to click on but it came up blank every time I tried to pull it up. Something that important should be mentioned in the presentation and at the very least in the description.
