keep updated chg card on file to avoid spendable Kash
Not ordering much anymore, didnt know chg card expired. In the interim returned items-they dont notify you evenn tho I stated wanted credit to my account.
They instead gave me $114 spendable kash. Only realized it when credit card was not credited. So much for caring about customer. Ugh. Terrible.

Update your credit card information with the new expiration date. Then call customer service and ask them to refund your spendable cash to the original method of payment. Hope that helps.
