Just paid off my HSN card!

Woo Hoo! Paid off my HSN card today! I’m done shopping here.

I’m an avid scrapbooker. I used to love crafting days on HSN but for YEARS now all they ever focus on is ‘Card Making’ which I find SO boring! I work on 12 x 12 inch cardstock for each scrapbook page not a small 5 x 7 inch or 4 x 8 card so the tips and techniques they show during crafting days just don’t apply like they used to. Sure some of them can be used on scrapbooking too but it isn’t the same.

I also think that the crafting industry in general, not just here, but across the board puts out too many new products too often. When I began scrapbooking 20 years ago, new products didn’t come out every month. They were much more spread out which made crafting days more fun because we would look forward to the ‘new’ gadget or organizer or borders etc that would come out once a season or once every 6 months.

Alas my time is here is over. Thank you to the wonderful shoppers who have posted on this board over the years, I enjoyed your posts a lot.
