Insta tox

I have been having a problem with Insta tox. I shake it up very hard. I put a small amount on the back of my hand and pat it on my face At 81 I know not to put alot on but when it dries my face feels like sandpaper and my face looks dry. Actually looks terrible. Anyone else have this problem.
