Does anyone else find it annoying that you can’t see the images of the items.
Also, what’s wrong with the people prepping to item, they are not ironed, showing wrinkles, hanging off the hangers.
Maybe moving to PA with new employees was a bad idea.

What is up with the website? I posted 3 weeks ago about the missing images for 901-940 (no response AND they remain missing as of today). Item was again presented TODAY and for today’s live presentation they again did not have grey or cloud available to view DURING THE PRESENTATION! And……the online garment measurement charts have been missing for WEEKS. This is a disappointment and honestly dampens my shopping experience, which should be HSN’s number one concern here – the customer experience.

I have raised this concern directly to customer service within community and also within Community. It is mind boggling to try to decipher what the item is by reading a short description. If anything, it saved me $$$.

I’ve noticed some incorrect images, so read the descriptions. There’s a Beekman collection and the photo shows a full size product when it’s actually travel size.

I absolutely agree. I watched a Marla Wynne show today and was interested in a duster. There was NO image uploaded to the website in ANY of the colors (for several other items too). For the on air presentation they did not have two of the colors available in the duster so I couldn’t begin to consider a purchase without viewing what I was purchasing! This was not the first time since the move to PA this has happened; MORE missing images now than ever! Hosts had to apologize about the wrinkled, display clothing and unavailability of display colors due to HSN still ‘unpacking’. I sympathize with the vendors trying to sell their items that are unavailable or poorly displayed. This ‘move to PA’ appears to be very poorly organized for something that has been coming for months!

Yes ladies, it is annoying not to be able to see items. Hopefully that will change soon. I have not had the issue with items arriving wrinkled. On air I have seen some items that should have been steamed before displaying. I feel sure the host would bring this to wardrobe’s attention. It’s common sense to have items looking their best.

I was just about to post about this. It’s a huge inconvenience when you’re trying to spend your money and can’t even see items offered. It’s bad enough the move to PA disrupted in such an impactful way…. But making it harder to shop is mind boggling. Unwise and antithetical to making money. Hope this stops immediately, we need to see the inventory.
