Hello-Hope you are ALL WELL and HAPPY🤗❤️
My question is: Anyone else call HSN/QVC to place an order OR speak with Customer Service AND IT’S SOMEONE IN THE Phillippine’s?
I KNOW MY ACCOUNT(s) ARE HI-JACKED, HACKED, AND, BOTH ONLINE .COM SITES ARE FAKES!!! I’m so DANG UPSET OVER THIS… I have complained to HSN/QVC AND IT HAS ALWAYS FALLEN ON DEAF EARS! Ever since 2016 being on FACEBOOK-AND GETTING THOUSANDS OF FAKE EMAIL/MESSAGES (or whatever they’re called) -after REPEATEDLY deleting AND RECEIVING THOUSANDS MORE, along with DELETING ALL accounts – I HAVE HAD A HACKER/STALKER and it’s TERRIFYING!!
My “paper receipts” ARE ALSO QUESTIONABLE! I call “new” site listed phone #’s and receipts read OLD #’s! Ok, that “may” be ok-BUT REACHING THE Phillippine’s… UH, NO WAY!!! My “access” to the Community IS CONTROLLED TOO! Will be VERY INTERESTING to read “any” replies… real OR fake – WHO’S TO KNOW? Either way, this was FOR ME TO VENT MY ISSUES/CONCERNS!
I already KNOW-no one at HSN/QVC CARES! Been complaining for years-AND-THEIR “Tech Teams” have been “looking into” FOR YEARS… yet NOTHING CHANGES! Heaven help my OBSESSED hacker/STALKER… should I ever be able to connect to my account orders… AND THE POSTAL SERVICES USED! JAIL FOR MAIL TAMPERING… Anyone know how to “guide me”… I’m open to any/all suggestions/remedies. Though I am NOT “tech savvy”, I AM already looking into hiring a “Forensic Cyber Detective” (HAVE EVERY MOBIL/PC/ROUTER DEVICE SINCE 2012!!!!). But this WILL CO$T ME $$$!!!! But in the end IT WILL BE SO WORTH IT… as I AM AT MY WITS END!

Ps: I have ALL the Norton/anti-virus; VP’s through Apple/Microsoft/T-mobil etc… I PAY FOR THEIR SERVICES-COMPLAIN TO THEM ALSO… ALL TO NO AVAIL! This is one of those EVIL NASTY OBSESSED DARK WEB USING “GENIUS INSIDERS”! I NEED HELP OR IT’S REALLY GOING TO CO$T $$$$!!!!!!
I PRAY NONE OF YOU EVER HAVE TO EXPERIENCE WHAT I AM GOING THROUGH…

We do have Order Service representatives within the Philippines to assist with our volume with customers who place orders with us over the phone. If you feel that your account has been compromised, I recommend updating your password to your account. You can always reach Customer Service directly at 800-933-2887 between 8am – 1am ET if you need assistance with resetting your password.
When browsing Facebook, we recommend looking for the blue check mark next to our name to ensure that you’re interacting with our page and posts. If you come across posts that are pretending to be us, please report them to Facebook.

Hi Kristen-Hope you are well & happy. Thank You so much for responding. I APPRECIATE your taking the time to do so. As you’ve suggested I DO change my password(s). However, I DO NOT TRUST Facebook (I’ve DELETED that account along w/ALL social media accounts YEARS AGO-after alerting each TO NO AVAIL). Being with HSN/QVC FOR DECADES, I’m so sorry to say, I just feel more comfortable with inner U.S. business relations. Maybe that’s wrong of me; BUT I DO APPRECIATE the clarification(s). Another example of concern… “Pop-Ups” reading “HURRY, Check Out Now AND SAVE… $1,200” on an apparel item listed $22 w/an HSN Orig cost of $49. And I HAVE MANY MANY M-A-N-Y SCREENSHOTS/AND PHOTO PROOF SHOWING THIS TOO!! My GENIUS “Hacker/STALKER” is ABLE to navigate in/out of site(s) CHANGING INFO… EASILY! That’s why I believe some to be fake site(s). Oh, and I do enter site as HSN.COM, as was also suggested I do. IT’S MY PRIVACY INVADED AND IT’S TERRIFYING! Items ARE AVAIL at time of purchase-I order-only to RECEIVE INCORRECT ITEMS. This happens even w/automated and/or ordering with a Team Member via phone.NOTE: I take screenshots of site PAGE listed item SHOWING HIGHLIGHTED my selected size/color w/avail quantity BEFORE I purchase-then make purchase, PHOTOCOPYING **ALL** STATUS INFO-then GO BACK TO PAGE LISTED ITEM of selected size/color and avail quantity-TAKE MORE SCREENSHOT(s)… THEN… go to “Watch” to VERIFY if/when item ‘may’ve been aired’-SCREENSHOT THAT-REPEAT “ALL” SCREENSHOTS NEXT DAY (KNOWING ALL ARE TIME STAMPED!) and VOILA… item sells out -or- becomes mysteriously unavailable-OR PRICES CHANGE! How is this even possible?
I know ALL THIS WORK sounds RIDICULOUS-AND IT IS! But THIS is what I go through to SHOP HSN/QVC site(s). IT’S TOO MUCH WORK and I’m about at my end. It’s SAD b/c I REALLY LIKE/enJOY shopping HSN -it was MY FIRST ONLINE SHOPPING SITE discovered DECADES ago. What keeps me shopping… EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! But even that’s not enough anymore. Hi Delray. I had something similar about a month ago. Before deleting history, check the bottom area of your web page to see what the person is using to be able to follow you. It could be a phone website or even an area that is a community such as facebook, x , etc.. Then check to see if those areas are on your computer. Delete them. Once completed check the computer basket on your desktop. If anything is there delete the files. Run your virus software to be sure there are no trolls following you. Also delete Skype. Hope this helps you.
I also joined the Geek Squad. It’s expensive, but may be worth the cost. They are able to work on your computer remotely. It is amazing what they can do. You are sitting in front of the computer while they run all sorts of things. They not only repair electronics but also your stove, frig, dishwasher, microwave etc. even if the appliance was purchased elsewhere.
Hope this helps. I’m writing from the rehab. My WiFi died last week. It was a Spectrum modem. They will be out tomorrow. And I thought it was the “Blue Death.” Lol
