does hsn have a new policy that they cant tell us what credit card and the number there placing the order on? i spoke with Lisa. she said it’s for security purposes. my TS was put on the wrong card. i wsnted it on my hsn card. i asked her to move it. i asked lisa if she found my hsn card,did she put my TS on it, lisa said she cant tell me but she can tell me she’s putting it on a credit card. i never heard if anything like this before.

@sunshine, if you just placed the order, cancel it and reorder using the card you want.

  the rep put the order on the wrong csrd she thought was my hsn card. when i noticed it wasn’t, i called hsn and i asked her to cancel it and reoder it and put on my hsn master card. i asked did she do it? did she reoder it on the hsn, number? she told me shes not alowed to tell me what number on my card for security reasons. i never heard of such. she put it back on the same card. i canceled it tried to reorder it but they were already sold out. this women shouldn’t be working in any retail with credit cards.

Excellent idea. I want my purchases put on the cards I want them on as well all the time.

What? I applied for a HSN card because they said I would get special perks. If they charge one of my other cards, which I gave them no permission to use, why would I need a HSN card?

  with my other master card , by the time hsn is all paid up on my flex psys , the bank for my Mastercard is still on 2 out of 5 flex pay because it closes in the middle of the month and i pay in the middle of the month. with my hsn, it closes on the first, i get it the first week of the month, it’s due at the end of the month. it’s in at once.
